Shipping policy

 

📮 Shipping costs are based on the delivery destination and the number of letters sent. For example, a monthly subscription or a single letter costs the price of one stamp, while a 6-month subscription costs the price of six stamps.

Our fairy letters are sent via regular mail and are not tracked.  Postage costs to your destination are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Within Australia - 4-7 business days. 
• USA, Canada, UK, EU, NZ, Asia - 15+ business days. 
• Rest of World - 25+ business days.

Please note that delivery times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Guarantee
We offer an optional shipping protection service through ShipAid. If your letter is lost, stolen, or damaged, you’ll be eligible for a replacement or full refund through this service.

Order Confirmation & Address Errors
After placing an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email.  Please check your shipping details carefully.  If there’s a mistake, contact us asap at hello@lettersfromthefairies.com so we can update it before posting.

If an incorrect address is provided and the letter has already been posted, we are unable to refund those letters. However, as a courtesy, we’re happy to repost up to 3 letters to the correct address. Please let us know if you do not receive your letters.
