What age group is Letters From The Fairies for?

We believe children of any age can get something positive out of the letters.  Most of our subscribers are between ages 3 and 12, with 5-9 being the most popular age range. The littler ones can enjoy the illustrations and having the letter read to them. Those with reading ability can enjoy reading independently. 

*Please note, the fairies all use handwritten fonts. 

Is this just for girls?

These letters are for children of all genders who like fairies.  Although most of the fairies who write the letters are female fairies, some male fairies appear in the letters too including Florent the flower fairy and Finn the forest fairy. :)

Can I buy this for my grandchild /niece /nephew /friend, etc?

Yes, you can!  Please add their details in the Shipping section, and your details into the Billing section. In the cart, you'll see a box where you can add the recipient's name/s as you'd like it to appear on the envelope. 

Are the letters personalised?

The Monthly Subscription letters are not customisable, as they have already been written by the fairies. Our Personalised letters, which as the Christmas, Comfort and Birthday letters will have the child's name on the letters. The Birthday Fairy Letters are fully customisable, and you can add any special info you'd like into the letter to make it super special!

Do we need a subscription for each child in the household?

If the children are happy to share, then you only need one subscription, and you can add all of their names onto the envelope.  If they would prefer their own letter, then subscribe each child separately by going through the checkout process again. 

Where do you post to, and how long does it take?

We post worldwide from Australia. Estimated delivery times:

  • Within Australia - 2-5 business days
  • USA/Canada/UK/EU & NZ - 10-15 business days
  • Rest of World - 25+ business days

When will our letter be sent?

6-Monthly & Yearly Subscriptions - your first letter will be posted ASAP. Each following letter will be posted on the 1st of each month.

Monthly Subscriptions - your first letter will be posted on the next 1st of the month. Each following letter will be posted on the 1st of each month.

Birthday Letters - Australian birthday letters will be posted on the 1st of the birthday month. International birthday letters will be posted on the 15th of the previous month. *Please email us if you'd like the Birthday Letter posted earlier, we are happy to do that!

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can find a MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION button in the menu under Info. That will take you to your customer portal where you can cancel your subscription. Alternatively, you can email us at hello@lettersfromthefairies.com and we can cancel for you. If your subscription has just renewed and you'd like to cancel, please note that this will cancel all future orders.
