What age group is Letters From The Fairies for?
We believe children of any age can get something positive out of the letters. Most of our subscribers are between ages 3 and 12. The littler ones can enjoy the illustrations and having the letter read to them. Those with reading ability can enjoy reading independently.
*Please note, the fairies all use handwritten fonts.
Is this just for girls?
These letters are for children of all genders who like fairies. Although most of the fairies who write the letters are female fairies, some male fairies appear in the letters too including Florence the flower fairy and Finn the forest fairy. :)
Can I buy this for my grandchild /niece /nephew /friend, etc?
Yes, you can! After you 'add to cart', you'll see a box where you can add the recipient's name/s as you'd like it to appear on the envelope. Then go to the checkout and add their details into the Shipping section, and your details into the Billing section.
Do we need a subscription for each child in the household?
If the children are happy to share, then you only need one subscription, and you can add all of their names onto the envelope. If they would prefer their own letter, then subscribe each child separately by going through the checkout process again.
Where do you post to?
We post worldwide from Australia. Postage is just the cost of a stamp for each letter and is added at checkout. Current stamp prices in AUD and delivery times:
- Within Australia - $1.50 - 3-6 business days
- USA/Canada - $3.70 - 15+ business days
- UK/Europe - $3.90 - 15+ business days
- New Zealand - $2.70 - 15+ business days
- Asia/Pacific - $3.10 - 15+ business days
- Rest of World - $4.30 - 25+ business days
When will our letter be sent?
All fairy letters will leave our headquarters on at start the of each calendar month. We use regular letter delivery service via Australia Post, so the letters are not tracked. If your letter is more than a week past the delivery estimates above, please email us at hello@lettersfromthefairies, and we will investigate for you.
How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
If you have opted for the monthly subscription, you may cancel at any time. Just find your original order email and click on the 'Manage my Subscription' link. Follow the links to find 'cancel subscription'. You will receive an automatic confirmation email and will not be charged for any more letters.
If you have purchased the yearly subscription, and do not want to renew for another year, be sure to cancel before your subscription renews. You will receive an email notification 30 days prior to the renewal.
