Cancellation policy

Some items in our store are sold as subscriptions. This policy explains how you can manage or cancel these subscriptions.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive monthly fairy letters based on the subscription type you choose: Monthly, 6-Monthly, or Yearly. All subscriptions run for a maximum of 24 months and will automatically expire after this period.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle: 

  • Monthly Subscription renews each month
  • 6-Monthly Subscription renews every 6 months
  • Yearly Subscription renews once a year

To avoid renewal, you must cancel before the next billing date. Once cancelled, you will continue to receive any remaining letters in your current billing period, but your subscription will not renew. Renewal payments are non-refundable once processed.

Managing Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription by clicking on the 'Manage Subscription' link in your upcoming order emails or by logging into your customer portal via our website menu.
